“I have been in church most of my life, but I have never encountered a ministry that makes living Christian principles as understandable and relevant as Gathered By Grace. Because the Bible was written so long ago, it has always felt like a history book to me. I understood that it contained the tenets of our faith, but I did not feel a deep connection to it. At church and other Bible study groups, it felt like I was being “talked at” rather than engaged.
The Dinner and Dialogue series was my first introduction to Gathered By Grace. The topic was about dealing with workplace stress as a Christian. It was so refreshing to meet casually at a restaurant and relate faith to a modern, everyday topic. The Bible didn’t feel like a faraway collection of stories anymore. Best of all, we could engage in a conversation about it, question it, and examine perspectives I never could before in a stuffy church environment. The text was alive to me again and so was my faith.
I kept coming until the Covid-19 pandemic ended in-person gatherings. Fortunately, Gathered By Grace has always had an online Bible study option on Sunday evenings. Therefore, we were able to shift seamlessly and still engage with the ministry. I am moving away in a few weeks, but I am so grateful to have the online connection with Gathered By Grace. Although I will be 12 hours away, I will not lose my faith community. I will continue to have a safe space to study and engage with people who understand and support me as a Christian.”

“As a homeschooling mom of two school-aged children, and a recent new parent for the third time, it is a great blessing to be able to participate in an online Bible study community through Gathered by Grace. In this season of my life it is not as convenient to attend the in-person sessions, but this alternative allows me to connect with the faith community without sacrificing the current needs within my home. Pastor Tiffany leads each session with thought-provoking and informative topics that I am able to share with my husband and meditate on each week, applying as necessary to my daily life and journey as a believer. I am grateful for the opportunity to engage with others and remain an active participant within the ministry of Gathered by Grace.”

“I've been extremely blessed through Gathered by Grace by having a newfound love for serving people in several ways. Gathered by Grace allows me to have a part in leadership which serves our congregation. It also allows me to serve by giving back to our community. I have grown in my relationship with the God through all the areas that I'm able to serve. At the beginning of the pandemic, Gathered by Grace already had Online Bible Study through Zoom. I was able to continue receiving the Word of God without a change. It created spiritual stability when I needed it the most. Gathered by Grace continues to bless me daily.
God has been able to bless others financially, emotionally and spiritually especially during the pandemic when others needed it the most. Whether it was helping to pay for an applicant's power bill or assisting with feeding an applicant's family, Gathered by Grace was blessed to meet their need. This ministry finds ways to help others. Gathered by Grace develops ways to reach the lost and show them God. Showing them God through actions and not just words.”
