Major Goals - Based on this vision statement, we work towards a Major Goal every year, and sub-goals that focus on our Major Goal. All aspects of of the synod ministry are to focus and work within this major goal each year.
- 2020: Develop "Strategic Plan 2024" and present at Synod Assembly
- Synod Assembly Theme: “Weaving God’s Story and Our Story into the World.”
- “Thank God! Call out his Name! Tell the whole world who he is and what he’s done!” (1 Chronicles 16:8 The Message)
- What does it mean to tell God’s story of grace, know God’s story of grace, and our place in that story?

Sub-Goals - Each year will have sub goals and fit into the three words of our vision statement with obtainable outcomes. These are to be lived out in all of the ministries of the synod for that year.
